Happy New Year!

When laziness takes over you, hence M.I.A. Thus, haven't been blogging since August? If I were to backdate, nah~ I'm just too lazy. =P

It's 2012, a new year. It means new challenges are waiting for me. It also means it's going to be a tough year for me as well. Well, for a few reasons. On the first day of the new year itself, Jason has left to a very far away place which I can't tell and our relationship has officially become long distance. Yes, he can come back once or twice a month, but still... And if I were to think back, our relationship has most of the time being long distance due to his job nature. The first and second year of our relationship, 5 months were spent in China, then there's don't-know-how-many-weeks in PD, don't-know-how-many-weeks in Johor. And stepping into the 3rd year, he's somewhere far away permanently. Aah~! But I guess that's also one of the reason why we're still standing strong here. Well, whatever happen, I'm here waiting for him.

And then, I'm moving into the next stage of life, which is working. Yea, I'm working now! Just passed the first week and it's no big deal, yet.

Anyway, it doesn't matter. All I know is that I'm looking forward to the job and of course, pray hard that my results turn out to be all pass!!! That has effect on my salary as well.

So, anyway, what happen during the M.I.A. period?

Jason bought Cupipi for me, which this is the first time he randomly bought something for me. =D

Then, there's dinner with my girls when Sek Kee is back from UK.

Then, Jason and I went Universal Studios Singapore during Raya on 29th of August

along with Mei Que and Hui Voon.

Then, there's the September babies birthday consisting of Mei Que, Roselind and Chui Hoon.

Then, there's Cynthia's birthday in October.

Then, our 2nd year anniversary on 18th of November.

I'll remember his junior forever for making him to work late on our anniversary and destroyed our day *harsh wording but I don't care!* and we only got like 2 hours left on the 18th. YO, JUNIOR!!! You're already an working adult! Learn how to prioritise your stuffs lah! Where can still like go those whatever cell group almost everyday one?!

Fuiyoh! I managed to cover everything in just one post. XD Well, the real work is going to start on Monday. Hope I can survive.

Zi Xiu's Even More Surprise Birthday

It was Jason's colleague's birthday. *They're so nice! Celebrating each close member of their team.* Anyway, it was suppose to be a surprise, BUT, things doesn't go exactly as plan. Traffic was really terrible. I was stuck in my car for 2 hours to get there from Subang! Supposedly to reach at 8pm and then the birthday girl reach 15 minutes later, but everyone was stuck in the jam at that hour EXCEPT for Jason. He was sitting alone there waiting... then the birthday girl reached. Turned out she was more surprise to see him there. LOL. So it was a surprise after all? =)

The last day of the trip was to head back to KL ~~of course~~ and we stopped by Cameron Highlands for the nice weather and strawberries!

Went to the Boh Tea Centre. The way in was rather dangerous as sometimes it only has one lane and we might just fall of the hill any time. =S

And our journey hunting for strawberries began. Jason went there with his family last time and they bought strawberries from the Strawberry Park Resort. He's like the strawberries there damn nice. But then when we went there, no strawberries!!! WHAT~!!!

So we ended up buying strawberries from the night market and strawberries farm, which most of them are SOUR! Pfft~

Went to another tea farm called Bharat. Same thing like the Boh tea also lah.

And we have our tea.

Then it's time to head down the hill again. On the way down, stopped at the Lata Iskandar waterfall.

I refused to get into the water cos I'm wearing jeans and there's nowhere for me to bath after that. So I just soaked my feet in the water. Cooling tho~

And that him having fun there. =)

And that brings our trip to an end. And of course, I hope there's more to come. It's so nice to walk around and explore the city with just the two of us. The feeling is definitely different.

Wasting Time Day 2

Day 2 was of course much more awesome than the day before. We're really like tourist. Hehe. Sightseeing, sightseeing, and sightseeing.

There's nothing much to do in Penang Hill. It's a good thing that our tickets are cheap. Oh well, at least it's cooling up there and the train is nice. They just changed the train this year.

After that went to Kek Lok Si Temple which is just nearby.

So, Jason took 1 week leave after my finals and we can't be hanging around only in KL and Klang. And so the trip to Penang!

Getting ready. Which luggage belongs to me is so obvious. =P

Spot the Maggi Hot Cup? Yea, we brought all the 6 cups there and ended up all 6 cups back with us. =.= Yealah, I didn't know Tunes Hotel doesn't provide hot drinking water.

Speaking of Tunes Hotel, it's definitely really cheap. Tthe best part is that it's clean! Doesn't matter if the room is small. Two nights sums up to only like RM150?

Everytime I saw this, I'll wonder why the word "Ipoh" have to be so big? I'm not blind.

Finally after hours of driving, we have reached our destination!

Parking in Penang can be really expensive. So many people come collecting money from you. Annoying eh!

Didn't go to Gurney Drive as everyone says the food there sucks. And that makes us got nowhere to go for food! Guess what? We got really dependant on Trip Advisor during the whole trip and ended up we go places with lots of guai lous. *He downloaded the app into his phone* How we get there? My phone's Papago. Don't know what to eat? Tips from Foursquare. How can we survive lah if we got no smartphones and data plan.

That day, my mum asked me, why I don't want to continue to study in Sunway? She said at least she has a daughter wearing the mortarboard and a convocation to attend. And I told her, I've never plan to attend one. That answer, I know, it definitely has crushed her.

Some time ago, I decided not to study there but find a job and study elsewhere as a part time student. Well, why? There's so many reasons behind this. I wanted to work because I want to earn money. With money, I can splurge on things I want. There's no longer the need to think whether I really like it or not, whether I really need it or not and so on. *immaturity detected, I know*

The very main reason is because, I think I'm getting old. By the time I pass everything and work, I think I'm very far behind compared to my friends. And I don't want to study in Sunway is because damn it, I'm in the freaking SAME class with my sister's high school friends. They're like 2 years younger than me! That's so damn embarrassing. Yea, that's the results for failing every semester. And I don't want to study there part time because they're going to take up all my weekends, which means I'll have no life. And with people asking me why am I still not graduating, I feel like stabbing myself.

I entered CAT-ACCA with a heart full of enthusiasm. CAT was pretty smooth for me. But somehow, things change when I step into ACCA. And along the way, I've lost all my will to study. Not all exactly, I still want to graduate.

So just as I've made my decision, I applied online for a job as an account executive in a very small company. Even the bloody small company also don't want me because my qualification is too high for their company standard. Pfft~ Then I realise, I can't do anything with my stuck-in-the-middle qualification. Completed Part 2 without a degree and still doing Part 3. Sigh... and I always wanted to wear nice nice and work in a big big building. =(

And then my mum popped me the brilliant hope of hers.

Worst, I'm not sure whether I can pass my papers this round or not.

Part time? Full time? Part time? Full time?

What I should do is pretty clear actually. Forget about the face. There's so much more important things to consider. I just need someone to convince me, that's all...

P.S.: I know you've given up on my studies, but then I don't think I can do this alone...

My New Phone

It's going to be boring if I start my post with "Haven't blog for quite some time" or something similar to that. *which is very true that I've been neglecting the blog*

Anyway, bet everyone is already aware that I've been robbed by those stupid snatch thief last month. 30th of March 2011 to be exact. It's a day to be remember because this is the first time I encountered such unfortunate event. Of course if you count my mum's incident when I was a small kid then of course it's not the first.

So if you don't know the story yet, well, I'm sharing my interesting story here. Otherwise, you may skip the whole paragraph.

As usual, when I reach home, I'll hold both of my phones in one hand, another hand opening the gate with my bag on my shoulder. So I know there's this motorcycle but I thought they're the next door renovation workers so I didn't bother... until they stop right in front of my house while I'm still opening the lock. I know what is up with them but I couldn't get into my house fast enough. *If you've tried before opening my house lock from the outside, you'll know how tough is it* One came down and grabbed my phones away from my hand. I was tugging them not willing to let go, but then the fella gave a strong pull and then off he went with his partner and my phones.

They did not take my bag, lucky. Otherwise the amount of loss is going to be more. I was so terrified that when I got into my house, I can't even dialled Jason's number properly. Yeap, I was that terrified.

And so this brings to my new phone, Samsung Galaxy Ace.

Haha. I always condemn Korean phones and now I'm using one. Hypocrite much? >.<

Is this my first touch screen phone? Nope. 3rd, to be exact. My first touch screen phone is Xplore G18. Haven't heard of it? Go google. Got it at age 14 when it just released. Second touch screen phone is Nokia 5800, which was been snatched and that leads to this. Aah~ I just start to like fully utilise my old phone and then it's gone. =( Well, I love my new phone now anyway.

One thing I love about Android is that they have lots of free apps and the phone can be customised to anyway I like.

Jason's Not-So-Surprise 22nd Birthday

It was his 22nd birthday yesterday and his colleagues planned a surprise for him in Palate Pallete on Sunday night. That's very nice of them! And they included me as well. =)

It definitely wasn't easy to make him go there cos he doesn't want to dine there. I got to bluff him that I've already booked a restaurant and paid everything and got scolded. And they bluffed him that they'll be celebrating it on Monday night. Lol. The waiter of the restaurant was very nice to work with us. But he kinda figured it out when I said I wanna go toilet cos they're all hiding in there!!!

You should look at his face when we all came out singing with the cake. Not the surprise face but the I-dunno-how-to-describe-but-you'll-feel-like-smacking-him that kind of look.

O.P.I Teenage Dream & Black Shatter

This is the first time I actually bought O.P.I, in fact the first time I spent so much money on a bottle of polish. Yea, reason is because I don't really paint my nails.

But that day, I walked past a shop selling them and I'm like so attracted to it that I can't resist myself from owning one. But the shops are selling it at RM59 per bottle which is like very pricey to me! So I decided to buy it online from those sellers who're doing nail polish sprees and guess what? I bought each of them at only RM27!

The Eagle Island Day 2

Day 2 in Langkawi is also the last day there. It's a short trip after all.

In the morning went for island hopping. Island hopping cost RM35 per person after negotiating. We know it wasn't the best deal as there's one offering RM30 per person at the Kuala Perlis Jetty but we thought we could find a better one on the island itself. Oh well~

I don't know what's the first island called. Totally forgot to look at the name of the island.

Next stop is eagle feeding. We brought nothing to feed them but bread and they won't even look at us. =.= The other boats brought chicken skins and those eagles were going near them but not us.

So many of them!

The last stop is Pulau Dayang Bunting which is the most boring place ever. There's no beach for us to walk but a lake for you to swim which I'm not interested. And worst still, we stayed here the longest. How I wish we could stay at the first island for a longer time.

After all these island hopping, went to buy chocolate which is a must! Then took off to go back to KL. I reached home at 3am O.O and he reached his at 3.50am!!! Gotta fetch people back also leh~

So that marked the end of our very last minute short trip to Langkawi. Jason says he hates Langkawi now and won't want to go there again. Lol.

The Eagle Island Day 1

The Langkawi trip last Saturday was a last minute trip with Jason and his colleagues with very few preparations done. All we know is that we'll drive there during midnight, stay a night and drive back the next day. Nothing was booked but it was alright as it wasn't peak season. And ya, the ferry is a pain!

First thing we got there is to get ourselves a rental car and rooms to stay for the night. Since we're renting the car for 2 days, we managed to negotiate and got it at RM260 for 2 days. As for the room, we stayed in Century Suria Apartment which I think it's worth it for the price we paid, RM320 per night.

The cable car is actually pretty safe but it still freaks us out as it's like moving up so HIGH!!! Yea, going up 600 over meters above is not scary.

Look at the steepness and you'll just freak out!

But despite of all the scariness, it definitely worth it after you see this breathtaking view from the top.

Then we have to take the cable car again to another side for the sky bridge.

After that went to Tanjung Rhu to catch the sunset. The beach here weren't that nice but heard that it's a good place to see sunset.

But plan kinda fail as not that cos we did not reach on time, it's that the stupid cloud block the sun and there goes my beautiful sunset~ Sad betul. =(

So that's all for day 1. It was really tiring as we didn't really get to sleep *he was driving the whole night and I was accompanying him to keep him awake* and once we got on our bed, we dozed off like there's no tomorrow. Those beer drinking sessions in the living room... Nah~ too tired. =)

Chinese new year is different this year. With the photos uploaded in Facebook long time ago, guess everyone already know why is it so. =)

This is the first time Jason follow me back to my mum's hometown.

CNY in my mum's hometown is always way better than in KL. In KL, there's a lack of the festive feeling. In my mum's hometown, one word: CRAZY!!! Everyone in the house were roaring with laughter.

So on the 2nd day of CNY, we traveled back to Perak. No major jam but teeny one caused by some stupid minor accident.

At night, went to Grand Kampar Hotel for dinner.

Happy Chinese New Year everyone!

January Fats

Yes, as you guys already know, my Jason has came back last Thursday and there's no need for him to return to China anytime soon! That is a very good news!

Something I made for him to welcome him back and I brought it to the airport with me!

And when he's back, it means it's time for me and him spending time together! If you count from the very first day he left, 31st August 2010 till the day he came back, 27th January 2011, that's like 5 months without him! Long distance is really tough. I wonder how those people survive years! Well, when there's a will there's a way I guess.

First time in Pasta Zanmai, definitely having a hard time to decide what to eat.

Then on 31st, went to Pavilion. Parked his car, and then walked to KLCC. Sound stupid right? Yealah. Why didn't we straight away go to KLCC? Oh ya! Cos I wanted to go Pavilion. >.<

The Sweet Surprise

I've turned 22nd on the 17th! Feels old, really! This year not much of celebration. But still it's full of surprises.

2 days before my birthday, went to Pavilion with Sek Kee for CNY shopping. Dinner was at Kampachi.

Well, I didn't expect anything from her. Thought a simple dinner will do. So, this is how it goes. We've done eating and Sek Kee got up to the counter say wanna ask where's the toilet. Well, it didn't struck me. After she came back, saw the waitress holding a cake box and I thought it's like for some other table until the waitress came over and asked,"Celebrate now?" Sek Kee had this alarmed look and said yes and I was laughing like mad!!! And Sek Kee is like,"I'LL NEVER COME HERE TO CELEBRATE BIRTHDAY AGAIN!!!" Surprise didn't go exactly as planned. Lol. But nevertheless, I still enjoy it. And that was the first surprise.

Jason is still in China at the moment. So on the eve we're on webcam, waiting for the clock to strike twelve and he wishes me happy birthday. (We're on webcam everyday actually. Hehe.)

And what I didn't expect is the post he posted on my wall. The very first birthday post on my wall too. The second surprise. =)

He's not the mushy-mushy kind, so that 3 words seriously make me smile.

On my birthday, I actually had class. Third surprise was a present from Yvonne. When she pull out the present, I'm like,"Oh my god, you got something for my birthday?!"

And the wrapper is classic! Hehe.

Forth one is of course, Jason's status? It's like the rarest thing for him to say he miss me!

What I wish for is definitely more than that. I'm greedy, you know.

Last but not least, surprise from Jenna and Joe Ann. That's because I didn't expect I'll get presents from the. Joe Ann got me an apple pendant and Jenna got me La Senza's underwears.

Just to Show that I'm Alive

So my classes have started back. Pretty hectic this semester I can say. But oh well, I'm trying to make this my last semester, so yea.
If you're following me on Twitter, probably you'll notice that I'm counting down everyday. I don't think I've to say what am I counting down to. Obviously is to the day Jason's coming back! He's scheduled to fly back on the 27th!!! Wee~!

My holiday is over. Well, I didn't manage to finish all the books I bought during the bookfest. Left one actually. I'm taking my own sweet time to read. Then actually spent more time on Bejeweled 3 (Jason's fault!!!) and streaming movies on Pipi.

Happy new year everyone! It's 2011! The fireworks are blasting off into the sky like crazy now. Another year has gone and comes a new one.

Looking back at 2010, well, there's certainly ups and downs. But it has been a great year, don't you think so? I'm not going to talk about what happen throughout 2010. I mean there's like 60 posts in 2010 which pretty much already tell what had happened. (Damn, the number of posts cuts down by half every year, which is not good!)

As for 2011, I just hope that everything will go like how I want. I've already made up my mind that I'll start working on the next half of the year. Hopefully I can graduate by then. (Damn, I'm so left behind.) Even if I don't, I'll just study part time. It's time for me to come out and earn some money. *Need to save money for the future*

And of course, the most important part of my life, Jason Tham. =) Well, of course I want to celebrate the 2nd anniversary. One sentence can pretty much defined the whole idea. Hehe.

Kinda upset for can't getting to welcome the new year with him. DISTANCE SUCKS! Let's just put it this way, I'm only looking forward toward the day he comes back. Then all this sorrow of waiting will be gone. =)

And Tuesday marks the beginning of a new semester and hopefully it shall be last semester. But everything will depend on the results coming out in February. Just let me pass everything! *praying very hard*

It's Holiday!

Yea, that's right! It's holiday!!! I've been waiting for the holidays to come since forever! But then Jason's in China. =( Talk about bad timing. He just went back last Friday 17th, one day later than previously said date.

During the exam week when he's back, I'm like totally in holiday mood already! Went down to Johor with him to attend his cousin sister's wedding dinner.

After the exam, then yea, I went out with him guilt-free! Hehe.

He loves to drink Java Chips from Starbucks but I don't drink coffee. But since it's not that I cannot drink, so he bought one for me to try. And my face ended all scrunched up. Lol. And it makes me go haywire. *exaggerating*

Then the day before he went back to China, brought his brother to Sunway Pyramid to buy clothes for him. Big bro is good eh? Hehe.

Now that I'm all alone here with him in China, aiyo, so upsetting nia~ But then, work is work. Like what he says,"Leave for a better future. Plus it's only temporary." Oh well, one and a half month is not a very long time. Then he'll come back for good and it will start all over again end of next year. =S

I haven't celebrated Christmas and New Year with him before. Not that I celebrate it, I mean every year I'll be home during these days, except for last year that I went to Perth for hols. Still... I wonder how is it like.

Anyway, I just can't wait for him to be back. I think this sentence pops out in almost every post of mine in this blog. You just got to bear with it. =)

P.S.: Things to do during this miserable, short, stingy 2 weeks holiday:
1. Read all my books I bought during the bookfest few months ago;
2. Watch all the movies I've missed. Speaking of movies, when is the last time I step into a cinema?
3. Catch up with my friends! I've find Yee Ven and Jenna and I'm going to go out with them again for sure;
4. What else? Hmm... I shall spend my holiday thinking what should I do for my holiday. YES!
5. OH YA! His birthday is like in March but I'm already cracking my head, squeezing my brain juice, thinking of what to buy.

My last day of exam is on 15th. And Jason will leave Malaysia again on the 16th. WTF?!

Last week went to get my cupcake Chic cupcakes. Bought the 50% off voucher from GroupsMore. I've got the voucher quite some time ago but haven't got time to get the cupcakes.

Looks pretty right? But then they're a bit too sweet.

J-Card day last week on the 1st and 2nd of December. Went Jusco and become aunty. Hehe.

Helped Jason to buy Nando's sauce and Beryl's chocolate for him to bring back to China.

12" Monster Burger

Last night, went to Cravings Kitchen & Bistro in Sunway Giza Mall for the 12" Monster Burger! The burger is seriously damn huge. Ordered 3 for 5 persons and we have to stuff ourselves in.

Definitely is huge.

It's bigger than my head. WTF!

The price for one is RM30. But because I bought the vouchers from GroupsMore (which is why I know about this burger), one is only at RM12.50. Bought 6 vouchers. =P So now left 3. One shall be use when Jason's back and two more shall be use with family again.

Eh, not bad lah! I can eat almost half of it. Hehe.

Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

One day my sister came back telling me about this Maybelline Gel Eyeliner she tried from her friend and she drew it on her leg (why leg?) and it is still there even she has bath and so on. So hearing that, I google for reviews and most of them says it's really up to what they promote, 24hours wearing and so on. Then I thought that it really must be good.

Went to bought one. And guess what? I HAS PANDA EYES! So disappointed you know! I even tried applying powder on my eyes but still it doesn't work. Powder works for my Kate one (it has dried up and I think the quality is not as good as the first time I bought it).

So now it's sitting there, almost brand new, untouched. I know I have oily eyes but probably I have SUPER DUPER OILY ONES! Anyone wants it? I just want to sell it away for like I dunno, 20 bucks? Lol.

Aah~! I really like its REALLY DARK colour! Too bad for me I guess.

I want to try Empro next, recommended by Joe Ann. Hehe.

My 5 Days 4 Nights with Jason

Jason came back on Thursday night and just took off to China again this morning. =( *cried again >.<" *

The 5 days 4 nights spent with him, seems to look like a beautiful dream to me. Hopefully they'll not extend his staying period again. Both of us seems to forgot about the fact that he was away for 2 months.

So he coming back this time, it is all about food and shopping, and most importantly, spending time together!

Guess what? Guess what? Jason is coming back tomorrow in another 24 hours! Yes! I'm like waiting for this day to come since the day he left. Lol. But, he's going to go back to China on Monday morning. It's still good cos at least I have 3 full days to spend with him.

SHOO Nightmares!

I had been having nightmares like almost everyday ever since after Jason left. Never really had a good sleep throughout the whole night. Waking up suddenly in the middle of the night is what I always find myself in.

And the worse thing is, all the bombings and killings happen to me in my dreams. Violent is all I can say.

So according to my Book of Dreams which I've bought earlier during the bookfest, it says bombs means something bad is going to happen to me shortly or I was emotionally wound up till I feel like exploding. This dream is like few weeks ago, nothing bad has happen yet. So I think the second part of the explanation makes more sense.

Wow~ Got amazed by how dreams can actually defined one person state.

I haven't watch Inception though. So I don't know anything about dream within a dream bla bla bla.

Seriously, when will all this nightmares go away? I want my beauty sleep back. Never had such bad nights in my life. Sigh... And I'm definitely not exaggerating.

P.S.: So he may be back this weekend, or maybe next weekend. He'll be coming back in these 10 days. After all, his period of stay is expiring after 10 days. Pray hard he'll be back this Saturday. I miss him really badly. =(

Froggy Handphone Pouch for My Jason

Phew~! After sitting there for 4-5 hours, I finally got it done. I've made a handphone pouch for Jason. Hehe.

So I got all the materials from Daiso in Pyramid. *Thank you Yvonne for bringing me there* They have a lot of branch in KL. Do check them out cos it's really nice! Everything is at only RM5! I bought a transparent umbrella there cos the old one got spoiled by me. >.<

And because I've just finished making it just now, I'm still very excited about it and that's why I'm going to write how I made this. You may skip the rest of the post if you want. =)

Materials
Felt x2 pieces from Daiso
Iron-on froggy from Daiso
Brown thread from home
Brass snaps button from home

Tools
Needle
Scissors

Step 1: Stitch 2 different colour felt together using running stitch.

Step 2: Cut the felt according to the size of your phone. This will be your pouch.

Step 3: Stitch "JASON" onto a small cut-out felt.

Step 4: Stitch the name tag onto the pouch.

Step 5: Cut out another piece of felt as the cover of the pouch and sew it onto the back of the pouch.

Step 6: Using blanket stitch, sew the sides of the pouch together.

Step 7: Sew the brass snaps button onto the pouch. First on the pouch, then onto the cover.

Step 8: Cut out a small round felt and sew it on top of cover. This is to cover the ugly sewing of the brass snaps. =P

Step 9: Position the iron-on froggy on the pouch and iron it. (forgot to take picture of me ironing)

And TADAA~! You're done! Simple right? Haha.

It's the first time I actually sew something out and I'm proud of it! JASON MUST USE IT!

Last Saturday was the Sunway ACCA graduation. Nah~ I haven't graduate yet, but my ex-classmate did! And he's non other than Zai Xi!

Yealah, he's so hardworking and smart too, so he definitely deserves to graduate in only 3 years.

Realisation

So I was arguing with him the other day, complaining that he doesn't tolerate with me, that he wasn't caring enough and that I was throwing questions at him because I was worried, and so on. I kept blaming him. It wasn't really pretty I can say. We weren't talking nicely to each other and he didn't feel like talking to me. And things were pretty screwed up.

Unexpectedly, Yee Ven popped up in MSN to chat with me, asking how am I and how were things going on with him. I told her,"Ups and downs. We do argue sometimes." She asked me to tell her one of it. And so I told her.

After talking to her, even it's only a while, probably less than 15minutes, she made me realised, how can I overlook some things?

All this while I kept saying that he is selfish, but it is actually ME being selfish. Yes, I may be waiting for him and it's not easy. But it's not easy for him too. It may be exciting in the first few weeks, but after awhile, it's all about client and work. He'll get tired. He'll miss home. He'll miss me. And he's not in Malaysia, but I am. Yes, I love him and I'll get worry of him, I'll get emo and I'll get freak out. Sometimes, I can let it lose but not too often as he'll get more tired and might not even wants to talk to me, afraid of an argument. And that makes me freak out even more.

Then, I remembered. He was there for only less than a week and he already says he wants to go home. He told me he misses his bed, his car... He never told me he miss me but I know he does. Otherwise we wouldn't be talking to each other everyday right?

I then realised I'm the worst girlfriend ever. Putting all the blames on him, thinking that I'm the only one suffering and enduring the pain. He too, is going through the same thing and is probably even worse than I do.

I apologised immediately, telling him I was the one who wasn't caring enough. I cried, regretting on what have I done. He looked at me *through the webcam of course* and says,"I have 4 pillows. You don't!"

Lately, I've been watching Kaichou wa Maid-sama. Downloaded it every week and finally it ended last week.

I never really watch an anime. Keroro's an exception but only watch it halfway. I like this series a lot, especially when there's this charming Usui!

Don't you think that he's just so handsome and so sweet?

I mean, I like my guy to pat my head like that. =)

Now that it's over now, I'm hoping there's 2nd season. After all, Usui's secret is still unknown. And the whole series is just so funny. I just don't like when there's Hinata.

Seriously, you should watch this.

P.S.: He still hasn't know when is he coming back. But it's going to be soon... soon... It's already a month since he left. Can't believe that I'm still alive!

P.P.S: He might be staying there for another month till either late November or early December. If it's so, he'll be coming back for 2 nights to refresh the staying period and then go back again. I want him to be back and never go back again.

Japan???

Guess what? AirAsia is flying to Japan! It certainly does make me go OMG!!! Seriously. I've been wanting to go there again. I've been there many years ago, back to when I was 14.

The last time I went there, I didn't really get to explore the city, or maybe I did but I just couldn't recall. It's just going to places where tourist supposed to go. And the best thing is, we're walking underground due to the damn cold weather and Shibuya is just on top of us! And I didn't really get to taste the Jap food. Flying with the whole big family including uncles and aunties means it's only Chinese food. Go Japan eat Chinese food. =.="

The booking period is going to last till 31st of October. Nah~ the travelling period may be next year but I don't have the cash to go now or anytime soon. It's bloody expensive to go there and the exchange rate... don't even mention about it. At least we get to save on air tickets?

So many places I want to go. Really need to study hard and come out to work as soon as possible so that I got money to travel.

P.S.: It's only the 23rd day. Yes, it's in the forth week now. 37 more days to go... I just can't wait the day he comes back and stands right in front of me. I think I can hug him till he can't breath. Oh, the exact date still not known yet. =(

A Day with Stephanie and Mei Yee

BookFest

Yesterday, went to the BookFest in KLCC. I've never been to one. Popular has host it for a few times but I've never bother to go cos I thought they only have Chinese books. Well, their title goes like "Chinese bla bla bla..." Of course I'll think that's the only language they're going to have.

The books there are like DAMN CHEAP!!! Managed to grab 5 books. Sad thing is that English section is only like half of the Chinese section. And it is not as crowded as the Chinese section. Well, at least it'll be much easier for me to choose the books I want.

I was like so happy when I saw "Mini Shopaholic". It has just released not long ago and it's RM20 off! *Grab*

Since I like Sophie's book, saw "the wedding girl" and it's like only 20 bucks. *Grab* Original price 90 over bucks wey.

Took another 2 books and saw "The Book of Dreams". Looks really interesting, defines dreams... Plus it's really cheap. It's only like RM15-16.

I wish I could buy more. I was kinda disappointed that they don't have Meg Cabot. Why eh? She's famous also what~

If you're wondering when am I going to read them... I'm not going to touch them till my finals is over. So that'll be December. Time to keep them aside first. Hehe.

An sms came on Sunday morning. Jason's manager messaged him saying he'll be leaving for China this week, either Tuesday or Thursday. And will be buying the ticket for him on Monday. So get ready!

Now, that's sudden! It was then confirm he'll be flying on Tuesday, which is today. So yesterday, I was running around with him. There's so much to do in just a day to get ready for a 2 months trip. Changing money, packing his luggage and so on.

So I fetched him to the airport this morning. The flight was like 9.30am. It was his first time going on a plane. And it is also the first time he's leaving me for so long. 2 months! I just don't know how to deal with it.

He left me with this Spongebob thingy. It was given to him as a present from his colleague though, so when he's back I'll be giving it back to him. That doesn't matter. The point is, he says by looking at that it'll be like looking at him.

So I was wondering, which part of this looks like him?

Lol. The SILLY face I guess. He did imitate that look. =)

I'm still waiting for him to go online. His flight is scheduled to reach at 1.50pm, and then he has to take the bullet train to reach Fujian. I wonder how long will that take.

And no Facebook for him unless he did something to bypass the firewall. Why China doesn't allow the access to Facebook? And he forgot to bring webcam. And so I hope Fring works.

Damn, I miss him like crazy. I'm so used to have him around. What to do without him these 2 months? I wonder...

Lucky

If you've been aware of what's happening in my FB, probably you've already known the existence of this dog, Lucky.

This was the picture I've uploaded earlier and people were ooh-ing and aah-ing over his cuteness.

Lucky was just temporary staying in my house. My sister actually got him from the roadside near the place she works. At that time, Lucky was at the point of death. Somebody clearly doesn't want him and dump him at the roadside. So my sister brought him to the vet, treat him and so on. And the name "Lucky" was given to him by the vet as he was lucky enough to be rescued.

After seeing this picture, are you still ogling over his cuteness? LOL.

Yes, he was this ugly when he just came back. All shaved, bald and clean. When I first saw him, he was already bald. So I'm like not cute at all despite of the fact that my sister kept saying how cute he is.

He follows me and my sister a lot. Grew really attached to us but it wasn't a good thing because we never had the intention to keep him. And giving him away means hurting him again.

He was rather naughty. Following Jerry's footsteps, obviously. Rolling on the floor to get our attention like what Jerry does.

The Bad Tummy

Last week, I was having this really bad tummy. It's like if I don't eat, I'll feel really hungry which makes me really uneasy, but when I ate, I feel like vomiting. Aah~! Food become my enemy instantly.

Mum says I always don't eat and only eat when I'm extremely hungry. And she's like serves me right. =(

The whole week I was eating non-spicy food, like Mamee Sllrrrp chicken flavour and so on. But oh well, the medicine solves the problem. So now I'm healthy again! Hehe.

Went to Sepang Goldcoast last Saturday. No specific reason but once, I told him that I want to go there so that day, he's like,"Lets go to the beach!" Then here we are, at the beach! =)

So if you're wondering where is it, it's at Sepang. =.= There's road signs along the way so no worries of getting lost. Oh well, we have Jason's GPS anyway. Hehe. But we only used it when we're about to reach there.

It was a belated birthday celebration for the two girls on last Wednesday. One birthday falls on the 1st and another on the 2nd. But it was celebrated later cos we're waiting for Beatrice and Lee Hwa to come back from their Europe trip.

It was a fine Sunday afternoon. Jason and I went out with his primary school friends to Pyramid for a lunch to catch up. Had lunch in Bubba Gump. I love shrimps. But seems like everything is fried, so kinda turn off in a way. Too much fried stuffs is not good.

Instant Noodles and I

I love instant noodles. I mean, who don't?

So as an instant noodle lover, my house has at least a few variety of them. There's like Maggi, Mie Sedaap, Shin Ramyun the korean noodles and sometimes Cintan. Tried out quite a few other brand as well but don't remember. =P

There's one so far I haven't tried yet, and that's Mamee Sllrrrp! So I was thinking, why not giving it a try? After all, there's no harm trying something new. =)

Unlike others, Mamee Sllrrrp noodles are much thinner. Trying out "Kari Berapi" first as I'm always a curry lover. Hehe. There's another much spicier one and I'm going to try that next time. The excitement of tasting something SPICY! Yum~

After what had happened that night, I can say that I'm actually living in fear. I'm afraid that one day it'll happen again. I'm afraid that one day he'll leave again. I'm afraid that one day everything will be gone.

Everything seems to be so perfect. And because everything is so perfect, nothing is actually real.

Yes, everything seems to be fine now. But somehow, I don't know, something seems to be not right.

Yes, I love him very much and I'm not willing to let go. I'm selfish, that's what I can say. And one little thing he did, it affect me very much.

Sometimes I wonder, am I normal? I really don't know what's normal in a relationship and what's not. Am I a control freak or I'm actually not? Am I a jealous freak or I'm actually not? I'm angry but I'm afraid to show. I'm jealous but I'm afraid to show. All these negative feelings inside me, I somehow manage to find some way to put it aside, better still, eliminate all of them. Gone and be gone! Maybe I'm just too soft? Once, a friend told me,"Sook Lee! You're abnormal! You should be angry!" I just don't want to get angry because well, I'll just take in as much as I can. And this is all because I'm afraid he'll go his way.

From the way I wrote, it doesn't seem positive aight? I don't know. All I know is that I know what I want now. And that's him and nothing else. And that's because I've decided, since long ago, my life shall revolves only around him and nothing else.

Genting & Genting Again

The 2 and a half weeks of holiday wasn't quite enough I guess. Classes have started back this week and I wish there's another week more of hols.

Well, holiday is nothing more than Genting. Been there like twice in a week. The first time was with Jason and his friends. 2nd time was with Jason (again, LOL) but with a task to complete - stock take. So that make 3 visits to Genting this year, so far and I'm foreseeing the 4th time. *faint*

The first time we went there, we actually went up there without a room! And ended up we slept in car. Adventurous eh? 2nd time of course got room dy lah. I've never slept in First World hotel before. And so I didn't know that their room is like really SMALL!!! Deluxe room and the size is smaller than a normal standard room you can find in other hotels. I can't imagine how small is the standard room.

This marked the end of June 10 finals and it's time to enjoy!!! But seriously, I really got nothing to do. Got a few TVB dramas from Jenna to watch. But I can't be watching them whole day. Jason got to work so I'm still alone. Overspent and earned very little thus no shopping for sure.

Seriously, what can I do now? I know I have my Sophie's book to read. But I can finish a book in just a day or two. Then I need to find new stuffs to do.

You know what? I think I should sleep. Deprived of sleep wey!

I'm just ranting non-stop. Ignore me if you wish. Hehe.

As I just got off the phone with my friend, I think to myself, I totally understand how you feel.

Another thing that can make me cry is friendship. I don't cry only because of love, mind you. It's sad to hear a friendship broke. It's even sadder when you know that they were once good friends. It's sad to see one backstab another just because you think it's that way but never see the whole picture.

One thing always remain true, not everyone think alike. Each of us have our own thoughts. But even we don't see things the same, accept the fact that no one is the same, each and everyone of us is unique. And not everytime we're right, but that doesn't mean that we're always wrong.

Having to know each other for such a long time, we should pretty know each other very well, from what we like to eat to what kind of person are we. But at least, that's what I thought. But something happen, and it seems like suddenly we don't know each other anymore. This is the time where I say, people change. Or maybe, I haven't really know you after all.

Sometimes, it really makes me wonder, is there really a true friend out there? I mean, you can say yes now, but what if something bad happen? Something really, really bad? And somehow you just can't see things the same? Betrayal and stuffs. Well, life can be really unpredictable.

But anyway, that, I'll leave it to the future. =)

Last Thursday went to Chilis in Midvalley to celebrate Joe Ann's birthday. It was really a late lunch as I think we reach there around 3 something?

My blog is so dead. Unless you want me to start ranting about random stuffs like shopping.

Speaking of shopping, I got myself a RM25 voucher from Forever 21 after spending more than RM150 in there. Yea, jeans is like RM149 which is like RM1 short to get that damn voucher and end up spending more. And when I got the voucher, it says "Valid For 1 Month Only", I'm like WTF?! So short period of time span. =.= Aiyo, I already got what I want. And if I don't use it, it'll be totally wasted.

Speaking of Jason, he went to Kuantan for stock take and stayed there for 2 nights. And good thing he just bought a new phone, E72. That is why I always love phones with front camera with 3G because you can video call. And that is why I don't buy iPhone. =P Biggest turn off of it is that it has NO front camera! Which is why I got 5800 instead of iPhone.

And oh, watched Clash of the Titans... which I don't think it's really nice. Trailer does look good but, oh well.

In the afternoon, I baked a cake. It was the first time I actually cooked something not instant. Okay, actually this cake is instant too cos I was using Pilsbury cake mix but this is a much complicated instant food. Added too much water, so it didn't work out. Was totally upset and felt so useless.

Then after I went out with him and came home in the midnight, I started working again.

And this time it's perfect! Phew~! Felt so proud for such an achievement! Hehe.

Saturday
Woke up early in the morning to get the frosting done. Since he's going to be with me for the whole day, I have to get everything done before he comes.

Mind you, it's suppose to be a surprise so I've to hide everything and get everything done in advance.

Clock strikes 12am and it's his big day! Carried the cake up to the room and yea~

It was not bad right? It looks very good for a first-timer.

True Friends?

Have you ever think who are your true friends? Well, I don't until he ask me one day,"Who you think is really your friend?" Immediately I answered,"X and Y."

I always thought that my answer was right. But this year, I finally see that I was wrong. Almost 10 years friendship gone down the drain.

I always thought friends are suppose to understand and support each other back no matter what. What I do you may not agree and vice versa, but to me, once I've given my advice, it's up to you whether you want to listen or not. Whatever your decision is, I will accept and there, you'll have my support.

Unfortunately, X doesn't think the same. So previously you said "I don't know when will be the next time I see you" and "It's ok, you can find me anytime you want", what are they? One minute you decide you want to be friend with me, next minute you say I don't listen to you and then I "mou yi hei"? Bullshit lah. And the worst thing you say? "Don't expect us to understand you." Wow! That's what friends for eh. *thumbs up*

So you make it like it's all my fault. Fine, I'm wrong, but I know I'm not entirely wrong. And I apologized. Guess what? You went like,"Since long ago, I assume I don't have you as a friend."

So Y says,"Childish! You can now see how true and how fragile is your friendship, what kind of person is she. You guys may be sticking to each other but look at what happen now?"

And I totally agree with Y.

And oh, somehow X managed to make V doesn't like me too? I don't know but come on lah, I can sense the sarcasm when I talk to you. You think Sook Lee is stupid is it?

And you guys out there, come on lah. We've been friends for so long, we know each other quite well. Since last time you guys have been suddenly like, "I don't like her, lets not ask her out." Don't deny it. You guys know how true is it.

A Short Trip to Genting

Went to Genting one and a half weeks ago with Jason and his colleagues. His colleagues went up there in taxi but Jason drove instead. They're too scared eh?

Anyway, took off around 11 something at night and reached there during midnight. Freaking cold!

The night started of with a movie, The Book of Eli. Seats were damn front and it was really uncomfortable. Got too use with couple seats at the back rows I guess? Hehe.

After that went back to our room in Theme Park Hotel and it's gambling session! No, I don't gamble. I see them gamble. Oh, did I mention that 8 people is sleeping in one room?

When gambling session's over, Jason and I and another 2 of his colleagues went to Old Town to yumcha. Ended up we slept at 6.30 in the morning and got up 3 hours later. I thought sleeping is very precious to them cos auditors don't really get to sleep much? I don't know. XD

And Jason lost by 1 point. He's supposed to win eh. Stupid thing did not record his strike.

Since after bowling we got nothing better to do, me, Jason and another colleague of his, Mei Q went to theme park.

The last time I came here? It's after SPM. The last time Jason came here? It's when he still need to measure his height to go for the rides.

And this marked the end of the trip and this is like the very first trip with Jason? Hehe. It may be a short one but I'm definitely happy with it. Plus this is like the first time I went on a trip and to a theme park with a boyfriend. So, it definitely marks an important entry in my life. =)

My Black and White 21st

My 21st birthday is actually like 1 and a half months ago but I only blog about it now. Talk about efficiency. Lol.

Anyway, celebrated it at Bijou in Mont Kiara. It was suggested by Yee Ven and then she became my party organizer. I definitely have no doubt on her organizing skills. Take a look at her brother's successful wedding. =)

Went there early with my sister and Yee Ven to get the place set up. The decorations were gifts from Yee Ven. I was like pumping the balloons in the car cos was stuck in jam. No time to waste! People were definitely starring at me.

As for the cake, I got cupcakes from Choffles. Khai Sing helped me to decide which to choose and also decide the words for the cakes.

Perth Last Day - New Year's Eve

I think their hardware stores are really cool? They're like so big!

And the best part about them is that they provide you with boxes to put your stuffs. But this boxes aren't only limited to their customer. Anyone can just come and take it and use. *thumbs up for them*

And one thing you should never miss is Corica's apple strudels. It's freaking delicious! You'll fall in love with it once you have it. I even brought home one. Lol.

Since it was new year's eve, the Greyhounds race have their races along with other events like fireworks and countdown.

Yes, dog race instead of horse race. Works the same. You can place your bet and buy which dog wins bla-bla-bla.

Didn't stayed till midnight to countdown though. Went home and slept awhile and then it's time to leave.

So this mark the end of the whole trip and also blog posts about it. Actually I'm kinda lazy to talk about it dy but I don't want the posts to be halfway. But I bet you can see the casualness from the way I blog about these last 2 days. Hehe.

Anyway, I can now talk about 2010 without the need of backdating to 2009. Yay!

Perth Day 12

Day 12 was a trip to Swan Valley. Think it takes around 2 hours to get there? I don't really remember. It has been so long.

Anyway, first stop is Caversham House. It has a pretty place for you to hold functions. Well, definitely is a very nice place.

Next is to Sandalford Wines. There's wine tasting here but I'm not a big fan of them. But I think this is a good place for Yee Ven? Hehe.

This is the last stop where I like the best? Guess why? Simple reason. They have chocolate tasting. Damn delicious. Bought some back. It's gone now. =P

And oh, the place is called Margaret River Chocolate Company.

Perth Day 7 - 10

I figured out I cannot just blog about Perth and then blog about things happening now later. Then the whole blog will be like SO outdated! So that's why you'll see my daily life post in between the Perth post.

Anyway, since nothing much went on from day 7 till day 10, I shall put everything in one post. That will definitely save some time and space. Hehe.

Day 7 - Christmas Day
Christmas was really boring here as EVERYTHING IS CLOSED!!! Malaysia shopping centres never closes on Christmas. In fact, they'll be overcrowded. But here's a different story.

So instead of going out, we stayed home and clean the house.

Oh well, at least we have Christmas dinner. =)

Day 8 - Boxing Day
And when it's Boxing Day, do you know what does that mean? It spells S-A-L-E-S!!! Seriously, the sales here were damn crazy. Discounts and further discounts.

And Swarovski is on 50% off! Guess what? There's a long line in front of the shop before it's even open.

And I'm one of them.

Never thought I will bought something from there. Bought a necklace which is like 90Aussie? Convert back it's only like RM270? Now, you definitely can't get that kind of price in Malaysia.

Not that much lah~ =P

Day 9
Went to Northbridge to buy nougats and macadamia nuts.

Look at the price. Well, if you earn their money, it's definitely cheap. Don't you think so?

Well, there's a lot of asians shops here.

And the siu yuk here is quite nice.

And they have bicycle parking space.

Day 10
Nothing much happen. Dropped by at the place where my uncle stays when he just came.

I came here before when I was like 2?
I definitely have outgrown this whatever-you-call-it.

And my sis came here when she's still in my mum's womb? Lol.

Well, brings back memory that I couldn't recall at all.

This is like the 3rd time I visit Perth but of course, the first 2 times, I can't remember anything.

Perth Day 6 - Christmas Eve

Day 6 is actually Christmas eve! Everything closed early on eve.

Early morning went to McD to have their version of breakfast. Almost the same and the difference is that they have BACON! That beats everything of course. =P

The plan of the day is to go to the city, look around and see what they have. And then when Boxing Day comes, we all will know what to buy! Hehe.

The bus driver was really friendly and helpful. Got us this family ticket which you can use to take the bus, train and also the ferry. And taught us which bus to get on when we come back from the city. Totally different from bus drivers here.

The lucky ones are hit with a $200 fine.

Perth Day 5

5th day went to quite a few places. Had dim sum in Northbridge for breakfast. Delicious I can say, and they're really from Hong Kong.

After that it's time to go to the BEACH!!! I always love beaches.

Went to the other side first. It's very windy and those sand were like hitting on us. Took a few pictures and went back to another side.

And ended up chatting with the owner, Kelvin (I think should be spell like this) for a long time.

Perth Day 4

I'm back with the Perth trip again. Damn! This thing is like 2 months ago dy.

Anyway, day 4 is to Rockingham. Signed up for this 1 day tour thing to see penguins, dolphins and sea lions. And it cost us like 80++Aussies per person and it's after discount. Damn expensive right?

I just like shadows.

While waiting for the counter to be open, we played around the beach.

First thing to see: Dolphins.

Took so long to find them.

And just to see them we're like shivering, biggest scarification.

After that, we stopped at Penguin Island, obviously to see the penguins. Lol. And also for lunch. Lunch is provided btw.

This toilet uses NO WATER but decomposition. And surprisingly, it doesn't smells. Just don't look down at the toilet bowl. You'll freak out! Trust me.

Oh, and they have pelicans here too. They nest here apparently.

After waited for so long, it's finally here! It was released like almost 2 months ago. At first the limited edition was sold out and then I felt so bummed. One fine day I just suddenly go check out CDJapan to see if there's miracle or not and POOF! It's available and left only 1!!!

Lucky I waited and didn't go and buy the normal edition. Hehe.

Oh! The Perth trip post can wait. But NOT this! Lol.

Perth Day 3

Guess what I do everyday whenever I'm home?

Skype lah! With Jason of course. Seriously, I miss him like crazy when I'm there. And we chat with each other without fail.

Ok, back to the trip. Day 3 is to the city of Perth. The streets are like damn clean! And it's nice to walk around here. The cars really stop at the zebra crossing, unlike KL where we have to stop for the cars. =.=

I find the road signs are quite erm... cute? Cos they're always saying things which are quite obvious. For example, this:

They have bicycle tracks like all over the place. I find people here likes to cycle.

And how I admire their disable facilities. First they have this board slide out to the pavement and then the whole bus will slide to one side. Total whole new experience!

Perth Day 2

My rest a while is like 1 whole day eh? Lol. Anyway, did I mention that it's really sunny in Perth and you barely can open your eyes if you got no shades?!

4.30am and the sun is already rising. And by 5 something it's like as if 10am in Malaysia and worst, the sun sets at like 8pm! That's really too much of sunlight!

Without shades, I really can see NOTHING, not forget to mention that my eyes are already small.

First stop for the day, Canningvale Sunday Markets.

Nothing much to buy here. Just look around to see how it's like.

Next, went to another market nearby to buy groceries. Veges here are like SOOOO CHEAP even if you convert back to Malaysian ringgit!

And the veges and fruits here are like bigger?

The grapefruit which looks like a huge orange to me.

And the fish are bigger too!

In the evening, we went to this lake which I have no idea what's the name of this area. I came here before when I was like 6 or 7?

My sister intend to come here to take revenge on the black swans. Cos many years ago, the swans chased her and she cried. So now she wanna chase them back.

But sadly, when we come back, they no longer stick to humans cos we're not allow to feed them anymore, unlike last time. And their size is so much smaller compare to last time.

At night, went to Burswood Casino.

Join their membership and got 5aussies to play. Oh, their legal age is 18 btw. It's my first time playing those machine and I have no idea how to operate it! Just simply poke and end up losing. Lol.

Perth Day 1

Finally I got my butt here and blog about my trip to Perth last year.

Oh well, let's get started now. I'll just talk briefly about each day. More pictures in FB anyway.

Well, the trip to Perth is for like 2 weeks with my mum's side relatives. Dad just stay home and accompany Jerry. Lol.

This is my sis and me and my mum.

Seriously, the flight is totally uncomfortable! Airasia seats sucks no doubt. But what to do, it's cheaper compared to MAS. Give and take lah.

It was a midnight flight and we really couldn't sleep properly. And we totally went haywire and you'll see why I say so.

Reason #1: Act cute

Reason #2: Feeling miserable

Reason #3: Going crazy

Reason #4: Fear of being exposed

Now you see why?

But about 1 hour or so before we reach, the sun rose and there you go, a beautiful sunrise. By looking out of the window, everything is back to normal.

If you wonder where were we staying for the past 2 weeks, my uncle live there with his wife and son. It's a huge house, no worries, there's definitely space for everyone. So he rent this huge van to fit all of us in to travel around. This is not Malaysia. 5 seater means 5 seater and nothing more than that.

And oh, did I mention that the bananas here are bigger too?
It's almost the size of my head and I have a big head! I'm not denying it. Lol.

The nearest shopping centre, Cockburn Gateway. It's not pronounce as "COCK-BURN" but "COO-BURN".

An advice from me when you go overseas? Never attempt to try your home country food cos it'll only disappoint you.

Oh well, the older ones refused to take my advice and then tried K.L. FOOD and ends up complaining how it sucks.

Christmas was less than a week away and there's this area where houses were decorated with those lights and stuffs.
